Environmental Policy
We at Verisec are convinced that environmental care and continuous improvement are necessary in order to achieve our customers’ long term business strategies.
In order to minimise impact on the environment we work actively in every project such that we:
- Take the entire life cycle into consideration
- Assist our partners in implementing equivalent environmental care
Continuous improvement—Our environmental commitment is integrated throughout our business and continuously improved:
- Formulating, communicating and following up specific and well defined objectives
- Involving all our employees
Efficient use of resources—paying attention to the whole lifecycle such that:
- Consumption of energy and raw materials is minimized
- Occurrence of trash and waste products is minimized, and the handling of waste products is simplified
In cases where reuse is not possible, materials are recycled in accordance with EU legislation such as the Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
