Warranty and Recycling

In the case of large-scale deployments, an important issue is managing warranty and recycling of expired devices.

Together with some of the worlds leading suppliers of security devices, Verisec has created processes that speed up lead time for warranty decisions and reporting procedures. This enables us to minimize environmental impact while providing a high quality service at the same time.

In cases where reuse of devices is not possible, materials are recycled in accordance with EU legislation such as Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronical Equipment (WEEE).
