Hardware Encryption
Verisec is a distributor of Thales hardware encryption devices including the nChipher product range. Hardware encryption modules from Thales also provide additional security to the Freja Appliance Plattform and the Hnossa PKI Data Preparation Platforms.
Thales's HSM technology protects ATM, POS, Corporate Banking, card issuing, funds transfer and share dealing technology worldwide. It has already been adopted by every major card scheme and is currently protecting 70 percent of the world's card transactions.
Encryptor/Datacryptor

HSM
Hardware Security Modules – HSMs – can be divided into two main categories:
- General Purpose HSMs: for use with public key infrastructures or web servers
- Payment HSMs: for use within the payment industry.
