Verisec has developed a managed services offering within the Digital Identity market. We have learnt that, when deploying large security solutions and infrastructures, our customers’ pain is often related to the logistics of handling and distributing unique security devices and of supporting multiple security devices simultaneously.

While our customers are experienced IT security buyers, buying is often only a small step towards implementing an entire authentication solution for mass market use. The processes of personalising, distributing and handling product returns of hardware security devices and PIN mailers can in itself be a daunting task.

Add to that the need for an effective logistics system and process descriptions to support the above mentioned processes, warehousing capacity and a flexible workforce which can adapt to peaks and dips in production, and it soon becomes obvious that outsourcing certain security related services is not only cost efficient but can also speed up the implementation of the security solution.
