Handling security devices requires reliable and timely delivery routines and advanced product tracking functionality. In accordance with our customers’ requirements, Verisec can track all items during the entire life cycle of a product.

To achieve life cycle management Verisec has developed a tailored logistics application, Athena Security Logistics Software, which is at the heart of our business and specifically designed to handle security related devices. Athena has been developed using the latest Web services technology, ensuring a tight Web integration with the added possibilities of integrating with customer specific applications and services.

Verisec has specialised in handling devices from vendors such as Vasco, ActivIdentity and Xiring on a large scale. The service can easily be scaled to manage large volumes of authentication devices at a low cost per item. Verisec is vendor independent and this is a key factor, enabling the customer the freedom to choose and migrate between vendors with the knowledge that the service bureau can handle multiple environments and vendors.

The services in effect comprise a number of commitments which Verisec offer as a complete package. Verisec takes responsibility for the entire life cycle, from a procedural description, to the actual setting up of the service, to a continuous operation with feedback and reporting.
