Verisec applies for Nasdaq First North Premier listing Press release Published 22 May, 2017 IT security company Verisec announces today that it has made the decision to apply for a listing on Nasdaq First North Premiere, instead of Nasdaq First North. The company believes that it now meets the higher requirements for such a listing and that it would be beneficial by giving the greater investor visibility of the company and better liquidity in the stock. Nasdaq First North Premier gives smaller companies an opportunity to prepare for listing on the main market list by setting higher requirements, including accounting principles, distribution of ownership and information disclosure principles. Verisec’s Board of Directors has assessed that the company fulfills the requirements imposed and will therefore assign to the company’s Certified Adviser, Remium Nordic AB, the task to apply for listing on Nasdaq First North Premier. Johan Henrikson, CEO Verisec, comments: “When we were listed on Nasdaq First North in 2014, we had an ambitious expansion plan that we have executed by establishing operations in seven countries. Part of the plan was also the idea of listing on the stock exchange’s main market list and listing on Nasdaq First North Premier is a first step in that direction.“ For more information, please contact: Johan Henrikson, CEO Verisec Phone: +46 733-45 89 02 e-mail: email@example.com Press release in PDF.
